Peculiar how Lewis Rose wrongly thinks that he should get the protection of the law to run his organized crime operation. This idiot is convinced that his Mafia company deserves respect and protection so they can cheat more people and steal more money.

For the other parts of your claim, what do you expect Lewis Rose? Not everyone is as dishonest and rotten as you are, and prepared to do anything for money. Why would normal people join your junk company when they know that they will get massively robbed and defrauded, and that you will do everything you can to destroy them?
Lewis Rose and Cryptologic Inc. selected that the legal dispute be heard by a panel of three people instead of normally only one. They even paid an extra fee for this, in total pathetic desperation.
Under the legal procedure chosen by Lewis Rose, and the rotten Robert Stikeman, and their team of lawyers, Cryptologic Inc. had to prove each of the following three elements to obtain an order that the domain name CryptologicSucks.com should be cancelled, or transferred to them:
1) the domain name registered by the Respondent is identical or confusingly similar to a trademark or service mark in which the Complainant has rights;
2) the Respondent has no rights or legitimate interests in respect of the domain name; and
3) the domain name has been registered and is being used in bad faith.
Lewis Rose and the Mafia company Cryptologic Inc. managed to cheat other people with their frauds, but they totally and miserably failed to impress this panel of three people with their new lies. The panel of three people unanimously agreed that Cryptologic Inc. failed to establish the three elements required to “steal” the domain name CryptologicSucks.com and shut it down.
Lewis Rose and Cryptologic Inc. lost their legal battle to shut down CryptologicSucks.com because it was clearly and unanimously established and decided that the publishers and editors had the legitimate rights to publish the truth, and that the domain name was NOT registered or used in bad faith.
Under the legal procedure chosen by Lewis Rose, and their lawyers, the crooks specifically picked a district court in the United States for an eventual appeal of the case. The crook Lewis Rose decided not to appeal the case after he lost it, because he got the message that he could never win. The crooks didn’t appeal the decision, so it’s now final, and CryptologicSucks.com will not be shut down.
In Russia you can stop someone from publishing the truth in many different ways, but the crook Lewis Rose forgot that this legal procedure didn’t take place in Russia.
This just shows you how stupid is Lewis Rose, and why he should resign immediately. He knew perfectly well that all the content of CryptologicSucks.com is 100% true and accurate. Instead of doing the right thing, by fixing these real problems that are well established, and well known, the scumbag Lewis Rose decided to aggravate the problem, by trying to shut down the site by stealing the domain name itself.
The shareholders of Cryptologic Inc. can say thank you to Lewis Rose for being so stupid, irresponsible, and incompetent. Lewis Rose aggravated an already serious problem, and now he is also responsible for this new site at CryptologicMafia.com In addition to this, there is this new site at LewisRose.com plus many others that will be launched in the coming weeks, and will focus exclusively on this Mafia company run by the crook Lewis Rose.
The editors and publishers of these sites are fully determined not to be intimidated by the crook Lewis Rose and the Mafia company Cryptologic Inc. and they will keep on publishing the truth for as long as necessary.
